How to Care for Jesmonite

Jesmonite is a gypsum-and-acrylic composite. Sealed, it resists everyday moisture — but it is not waterproof and should never be submerged or put in a dishwasher.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners, which dull the sealed surface.
Because each piece is poured and marbled by hand, tone and pattern vary. Small surface pinholes and soft edges are characteristics of the material, not faults.
