Jesmonite is a gypsum-and-acrylic composite with the weight and coolness of stone. Every Nuvè piece is mixed, tinted, poured and sanded by hand, which means the marbling in your tray will not match the photograph — and shouldn't.

We only describe a piece as waterproof or heat-safe where that specific piece has been tested. Unless a product page says otherwise, treat Jesmonite as water-resistant and keep a candle on a separate heat-safe plate.
